SQL AI Generator offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 5 queries per day and basic features
• Pro Plan: Unlimited queries and advanced features, billed monthly
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for unlimited lifetime access

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

For Pro plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription period you select. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

We offer a 7-day no questions asked refund policy for all paid plans. To request a refund:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase
• Include your order number or account email
• We will process your refund within 2 business days
• Upon refund, your subscription will be canceled

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

You agree not to use our service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not use our service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws.

Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile our service
• Using our service to generate malicious SQL queries
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using automated methods to access our service without authorization
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our service

The SQL queries generated by our service are provided for your use, but we retain all rights to the SQL AI Generator service, including all intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our service.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any data loss or damage that may occur from using our service. You are responsible for backing up your data and verifying the accuracy of the SQL queries generated by our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQL AI Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our service.
